They can access both floors without human assistance, even with insulation right? I want to get one for my mom since she worries about this one stray kitty that comes into our screened in porch every day.

Is this cat house heated? How do you get the cats to go in. I have two stray cats that come around daily for food and would love for them to have a warm place to stay. I have tried other options with no luck.
