I have planted so many with a single root like that and always have success. I think it's all about how you maintain the soil after planting it.

I don't know what it is but my success rate putting cuttings directly into soil is so much higher than water propagations.

Please clarify more yall js say anything she doesn’t work JS in water if you start it in water it’s gonna have different roots than soil roots so they will need time adjusting plus if it’s small it’s too harsh for it .
