@_dylanshannon: BUILD YOUR ABS Incline reverse crunches are one of my favorite exercises to build strong blocky abs. They can be regressed and progressed based on your level. The higher the incline of the bench the more challenging the exercise will be. Try to find an incline that makes for a hard set of 6-10 reps. At the top of the movement think of pushing your knees to the sky and controlling on the way down. When you’re training your abs make sure you train them like any other muscle group. You don’t have to do countless reps of an ab circuit.
