Well genius please explain how the officer can write the driver a ticket when the driver refuses to cooperate and give his info!! How do you expect them to issue a ticket when they can't even get any basic information on the driver!🤦♂️🤦♂️Do they ever think before they type i swear!

What gets me with all these, if they could just release the body cam immediately before all the idiots go on tv telling false stories, we wouldn’t even have to bother with these and in some instances stop further violence by rioting etc
