Hebrews was not Paul’s letter. And tithe is mentioned above Abraham meeting king of Salem , not as an instruction. predates the Levitical priesthood and demonstrates Abraham's understanding that God is the ultimate owner of all things,

In the New Testament tithing isn’t given as a law like in the Old Testament. But the principle of giving remains. The Bible says in 2 Cor 9:7 that we must give willingly and cheerfully, not by compulsion. So it’s not about following a percentage, it’s about honoring God with our resources and trusting Him as provider. Whether it’s 10% or more, the heart behind it is what matters.

Zakhe you are trying to balance it, and doesn’t need. Tithing is not part of the doctrine of the new dispensation the covenant in Christ. Jesus and apostle didn’t teach it that the foundation of it not be part of Christian doctrine.

You are being one-sided by saying tithing is only for the survival of the church. Malachi makes it clear that when we tithe, God Himself promises to open the windows of heaven, rebuke the devourer, protect our harvest, and cause others to see His blessing. It’s not just about the church it’s also about God’s covenant with His people. Your statement shows half the truth, and it’s important for people to read the Bible for themselves so they see the full picture.

apostle Paul actually does talk about tithing, from Hebrews chapters 9 to 11. what he says is that ' the Lord did not take any tithe and He never instructed His disciples to take any tithe, so we as his apostles won't take any tithes'. Anyway tithes were not monthly they were seasonal, and it eaten collectively not individually.

Tithes doesn't emanates from Mosaic Law, but from Abraham law. Also not all laws ceased in a New Testament. Some of the Law made it to the New Testament.
