Once on vacation I was approached by a young woman with a baby on her hip. We were in a grocery store and she asked for gas money. Red flag much. I gave her money anyway. My husband asked if I knew it was a scam. I said I did. He then asked why I gave her money. I replied because I’m on vacation and she’s begging for money.

We stopped at a McDonald’s in Missouri. A man ran in opened the garbage and started grabbing food out. My husband stopped him and told him to pick what he wanted off the menu. He got the two cheeseburger meal. Then walks outside and shared it with his friend. We gave him 20 dollars. And he walked in the gas station attached came out with two bags food. I guess I’m very blessed cause I’d never seen and thing like that before. It was so sad! Imagine being so hungry you resort to digging in garbage for people’s left over scraps.

That was very kind of you❤️I had a women knock on my car window. She was all dress up with a Sunday hat on. She asked me for money to get gas to get to town. I told her I had only 5$ . So I gave it to her. She made a face and didnt even say thanks. I watched her get in a nice car and they drove off right by the gas station we were near and didnt even turn to go to town. I try to give when I can but it's hard to believe who is telking the truth.
