From what I have seen in your videos, your son is receiving excellent education in public school. I think if there was a massive discrepancy between public and private I would say it's worth it, but it doesn't look that way to me. I attended private school in Ontario, Canada. There was such a discrepancy between my school and public education and I am thankful for it but for your son? He looks like he is excelling already in the public school! 💗

@Savchenkov:That's a contradiction. First you say he goes to a public school, then you show us a private school. What is it ?

I mean, the private school is probably worth it if you're a foregi lner and your family doesn't plan on living in China longer than few years or you're set on sending your child to college abroad

Taught in an international school for several years in Qingdao. Student body mostly Korean, Japanese, and Taiwanese with a few Chinese children born n the US to visiting parents and a couple Chinese passport holders with very wealthy parents who probably greased a few palms to get the kids in and have the local education bureau look the other way.

Saving money for international high school and send him to a top uni is a better plan than going private in junior middle school. China has great junior middle school (初中) education, which is intensive but not stressful. You can take him to extracurricular classes too. Then for the stressful and competitive high school, go private, so he can enjoy studying in high school and get into better foreign uni

I'm Australian and the robots you showed in the video are actually a part of a competition here too. I knew it was international but I didn't realise how many countries partake that's so cool. This robotics specifically is the v5 comp by vex. It's a really interesting competition to partake in
