I do tend to be a creature of habit, but I am not insistent on keeping things the same. I guess I haven't hit that age yet, lol. I still like to be adventurous. If I go to a new restaurant and like a dish the first time, when I go back, I'll order something different. The way I see it, if I like the first dish, I bet this other dish would be good, too. I will continue to do that until I have tried everything on the menu. 😊

I realized this in my mid 40’s. I’m 51 now and I am locked in. I am trying to break out of my comfort zones here and there, but there are some things I won’t budge on. I like what I like!

I think everyone is different. I go through streaks of eating the same thing over and over, but then suddenly I’ll get tired of it and eat other things, more of a variety. It just depends on the person I think.

I get the same thing everytime, at every place I go….been doing it for years! I don’t think it’s an age thing, I think it’s a confidence thing!😉 I def know what I like!
