Listening to you explain the ounces makes so much sense now because I make what I call a bowl for my lunch and dinner I just have the same thing every day and I have not been measuring out my bowl with the measuring cup so now I realize I need to do that and then for breakfast I have one egg with a little bit of cheese and a sliced apple and coffee and then for my snack at night I have a plain Greek yogurt with a little bit of sweetener and blueberries.
