I had a patient who was unhappy with an implant bridge (had no anterior teeth when they came in) 3 years ago, was given his money back and a referral to a specialist after he continued voicing displeasure with the esthetics (had to do the access through the facial so it was composite and he kept staining it). Last week he sent me a demand for 10 grand (2.5 times more than he paid for what he paid me and remember…was given his money back) or he’s going to go to the board and file a civil suit. It’ll go nowhere but this makes me just not want to do this anymore.
