Pine pellets but specifically dr.pol pine pellets I find at Walmart! We’ve used several and with four cats we’ve noticed this one lasts the longest in our experience. 40lbs for $15, yes more expensive than tractor supply’s but we’ve found it lasts almost twice as long

I cannot recommend Frisco’s (Chewy’s brand) odor control unscented clumping litter enough! It gets no love but it’s super good with odor control, hard clumps, and ZERO dust!! It’s $17 for 35lbs

If you want Clumping: walnut shavings from Walmart!!! Really great for low dust and odor control! But tracking is not optimal but with a mat it’s not that bad!

Omg we are in Australia and we have the best kitty litter called fit litter, I kid you not, a month between having to change it. No smell at all. It’s insanely good

My 6 cats never took to the pine pellets but aside from my litter robots that I use tidy cats free and clean, I also have a Litter Breeze system that a few of my babies use. I think they’re mineral pellets? But that’s truly zero dust.
