I’m 34, understand technology well but let’s be real we’re all tired of the automated virtual assistants. U have to press random prompts to hopefully talk to someone. I’ve called dozens of of places in the last year and really only Amazon has a decent system. Call about banking, internet or other services and it’s a circle j*rk. Gets to be pretty annoying as a customer
