I just wish I understood why companies all believe that foundations and concealers need to be warm based. Like so many people have a pinker undertone and it is almost impossible to get a foundation or concealer that works.

I work for Sephora and I'm very pale, I love the new formula I HATE the new colours. They don't have pale enough colours and the foundation doesn't have good mid tones. I hate turning people away for not having their correct shade
