the best trick for a steep slope like that is to walk back and forth in a zig zag pattern. yes it takes longer but you aren't nearly as exhausted as if you went straight up

I went there when I was a kid 🥰 was great until the walk up and it got super windy....sand freaking hurts when it hits you 🤣🤣🤣

last time i went to the beach at the Lakes, my ride took us a route that meant we had to climb back up Mt Baldy to get to the car. would've fought her if i hadn't been so dang tired!
