Check your area for catering events, I get to bring home so much food working corporate parties and weddings… Like it’s absolutely ridiculous how much waste there is. One time they did a whole huge fruit and cheese spread and literally like two pieces of strawberry and pineapple got eaten so I came home with endless containers of the most delicious fresh fruit and you can freeze that.
