Gluten free, seed oil free, refined sugar free 👌🏼 Here's the recipe; 2 mashed bananas 3 eggs 1/2 cup unpasteurized honey 1/3 cup coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla 75g coconut flour 1/4 cup coco powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp Malden salt 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips - I use Chokao Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prep a loaf pan. Mix mashed bananas, eggs, coconut oil, coconut flour and vanilla in a large bowl. Step 2: Stir in baking powder, baking soda, sea salt. Step 3: Add chocolate chips and honey and gently fold into the batter. Step 4: scoup the batter into the loaf pan and bake for around 45 minutes.
