They’re doing this in West LA, Palms & Culver City too!! They’re prob like 200 square feet apartments. I know somome who’s landlord is doing this; over a year of construction which included closing their laundry room down, leaving tenants with no laundry access, they all have to go to a laundromat! It’s terrible that they’re allowed to build these shoe box apartments and make them even smaller!!

Isn’t parking part of your amenities because it would be listed in your lease or rent agreement so I believe don’t quote me but you can sue them for breaking your lease or rent agreements since they listed it in your agreement, so unless they renew and update their agreement then by all means I would sue !! Please read your agreement

Many extremist CA state legislators are very hostile to cars. They want to force everyone out of them to use public transit only. Removing car lanes from streets; selling out renters in this case.
