Oh what a privilege it is to be able to create & eat this beautiful meal🍑🫐🥯🍌 Bagel base recipe: - 1.5 cups organic flour  - 1 1/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt  - Large pinch of salt  Cinnamon toast bagel: - ~ 1.5 tbsp cinnamon (more if u want) - 1 tbsp raw honey  - Sprinkle more  flour to help it not be so sticky  - Also just keep adding cinnamon until not too sticky  Rosemary onion bagel:  - ~ 1tbsp chopped rosemary  - ~ 1 tbsp onion powder - More sea salt  Steps: - combine yogurt and flour together until you get a dough consistency  - Split the dough in half use one half for cinnamon bagel & other for the rosemary onion  - Add your mixtures into each half then split in half again to form little balls - Add flour to hands and countertop to help it not stick  - Roll around until a smooth ball - Stick something in the middle of the dough ball to form the bagel hole  - Use your finger to spin the bagel around your finger to widen the hole (sometimes u need to sprinkle flour in the little hole)  - Once all 4 balls are formed, place on an oiled pan  - Add oil or eggs to the top of the bagels  - Top bagels with the same mix-ins  - Bake in oven at 400° for about 30 minutes (until golden brown)  - Take out and let cool for about 5-10 minutes before cutting  - Cut bagel in half and then place in oven or toasted until your desired crispiness  - Top with butter, cream cheese, or cottage cheese!!
