![[ANAAL NATHRAKH: IN THE CONSTELLATION OF THE BLACK WIDOW] Mmmm.. yeah this doesn't live up to other grindcore but I still appreciate some aspects First of all is the vocals. Just hootering and hollering and bathshit screaming. Whilst this is to be expected from a mix between grindcore and black metal, both genres with shrieks, the vocals as a whole feel too 'out of place' Next are riffs. Riffs are great on this! Taking the aggression from grindcore with a tiny bit of slower darker adpects from blsck metal was a rrally nice touch that elevated the atmosphere without striving away from the aggression And the drums! the drums are stereotypical for black metal. Tons of blasts and some imteresting fills occassionally, but usually it's just blasts with a crash accompanying the rhythm guitar so it feels a little less bland.
