OK, so let me get this straight. Chinese government is a meritocracy...you test to be hired at the lowest position and work your way up the ranks, thus hiring the best people who want to do the work (as opposed to the popularity contest in the West). The people weigh in on policies that are important and those same smart people respond. Wow. 😳

The democratic election in the West is nothing more than a narrative of euphemistic delusions. Instead of working for the people, those elected politicians are working against their wishes. Chinese government officials, on the other hand, are chosen based on their qualifications and merits and work closely with the needs of the people.
