okay this was weird, for the first time in my life, I felt different with this method, it was stressful or forceful like I feel with the others, ofc I didn't actually shift, but I feel like I shifted? it's weird, I don't feel disappointed, normally when I wake up I think "oh i didn't shift :(" but this time I didn't even notice and went on with my day, it's truly the first time that it happens and it's really refreshing. been in the shifting community for two years, I think? maybe more, and this time made me accumulate a lot of self doubt and questions, but I think they are slowly going away, you just need to go with the flow!
