My Therpist was murdered in March and I want her to be proud of me . I registered for the social work program after she died and it was somthing we were supposed to do together. She made such a huge impact on me and my life and showed me it’s ok to be not perfect and I want to be that person for others

First time I told my therapist I slept through the night without an my trauma things coming in my dreams, I was crying holding a pillow. She says “I’m so proud of you! You did that!!! You’re healing” I love my therapist.

“I’m 60 days no self harm” “I set a boundary with my parents” “I didn’t act on my impulse to act out with him or her” 🙏 makes every painful moment worth it. For me personally, this whole thing we do feels deeply spiritual. Us and them locked in a mission to free them from the cages inside and then out. The power of love and empathy for our fellow man demonstrated again and again.
