Sooo if you want to play this format in ycs there is a ban list? because if the best cards are 100 points and the deck limit is 100 then you can't play that card whatsoever effectively banning it from ycs at least because public stores can set their own point limit.

sounds like they just made half of the existing decks unplayable 😂 some decks have a link that is integral to their game plan….while decks like k9 are still perfectly playable & can now run pot of greed…..yay 😭 literally no thought went into this
