Gave to be completely honest here…. Tried for the first time… do yourselves a favor mop the floor like you normal do…. Then steam the floor!!!! You can only put water in the resovier, you aren’t using any soap….or spray cleaner on the floor and then use the machine

i got it and i loved how it worked it (cleaned sticky spots a little drips up in one swipe) but…. to actually sanitize the floor, it says to go slowly over the spot 15 times!!! Excuse me.. you know how big my floors are? i’d be mopping for days. 😂 So i figure i’ll mop with a cleaner to sanitize, then go over again quick with the steam mop. unfortunately can’t put cleaner in this steam mop

Had one and would do the floors with it take a white rag afterward and wipe the right white rag on the floor and it’ll be dirty. There does not get up the dirt. You need something that squirts out clean water, scrubs, and suck the dirty water up into a different reservoir
