I worked as a manager and my team always delivered on time. It was simple to plan. I just asked each person … how long do you think it will take you to finish their part of the project. I was known for my rule. Double their estimate and then add 20%. It was crazy how accurate it was, plus we didn’t stress as the deadline got closer. 💯
