So honest question do you wvwn know what DEI is? It’s not just hiring or race or gender. That’s a very small portion of it. Then you start an office job and you have to watch the SA videos that say don’t do it….. well form of DEI. Another great example a wheelchair ramp at a business. Diversity equity and inclusion, I alway find it funny when the right hate that so much. When it comes to hiring you still have the best person get hired the only difference is you look at the candidate’s background and maybe there is something th company is missing. When you talk about DEI all you are doing knowingly is giving a reason for people to see someone who’s not white cis to complain as they will say oh someone not white must be DEI. The only one here trying to divide is you. Simple right.
