@balamfoundation: Years ago, when we received our first neonatal trash babies, I thought that was the exception. Now I know this type of thing is more like the rule. It is a horrible and unimaginable act - treating life as garbage. Raising these babies is exceptionally hard work. We hire a lady named Miriam who works 24 hours a day to save these babies, feeding them all through the night. Bottle-babies are expensive to raise, but it’s the only way to try to save their lives.
