Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment. 2. Cook ground beef until browned, drain, then stir in taco seasoning (no water). Let cool slightly. 3. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 10 rectangles. 4. Add ~1 Tbsp taco meat + ½ cheese stick to each piece, roll up, and pinch seams tightly closed. Tip: Place on a floured or parchment-lined surface while sealing. If placed on an oiled pan, the seams may not stay closed as well. 5. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley; brush over tops. 6. Bake 10–12 min, until golden brown.
