Is it private property, or is it public roadway? If it's private, the owner would need to trespass her wouldn't they? If it's public roadway, there should be no reason to contact except to do a welfare check... Her not doing as the officer requests it's not going to make him go away, just comply. Check the law where you are and park where it's legal....
