@jocelynmeiere: I can’t believe it’s all my own colour now (bar like 2cm on some ends but that will be cut off). I decided to cut that little back bit as yes it’s still a bixie but I just wasn’t feeling the little ends anymore. They were starting to grow out and just look wrong, also I loved the busier while I had it but the initial reason for me getting it wasn’t out of want it was out of need. Now it’s all my own colour and that end tail being cut off just makes it all come together #microbob #bob #bixie #bleachfail

I can tell you decidedly, you can lighten your hair with dye, so long as it’s a natural colour. I’m a natural brunette, quite dark too & I dye my hair ginger, which is a LOT lighter than my natural colour

Your hair is dry. Thats why the ends are splitting thin and brittle. I’d try a biotin/collagen treatment and supplements. The short style is super cute tho. Cutting my locs back into a short bob
