could it be that these blind spots are sometimes needs that we are not fully aware of and found coping mechanisms for them that may be Not Always "best" for us. by stopping the judgement WE can start to acknowledge BE aware of Out needs more or find other healthier coping trategies

The question I have as you have described me perfectly is what is the issue I am avoiding as this is the black hole blind spot I have - I have self sabotaged again, after a strong streak of progress - the toxic behavior and apathy seem to win, even after about a 4 months trajectory I thought I was on the right path, then I just retreat 🤔from the reality of my forward progress 🙄I am so tired and sick of my own gaslighting 🤔💯
