If there’s one thing I’ve learned about myself, it’s that I really love food. I’m talking about the kind of love that has me chasing down the best dishes in every city I visit, always on the hunt for those hidden gems that don’t always make the headlines but absolutely should. Whether it's the corner joint with the best wings I’ve ever had, or a family-run soul food spot that feels like home, I believe there’s something special about food that deserves to be shared. That’s why I’ve decided to take the leap and start a food blog. Not just any food blog, though I’m putting the spotlight on the underrated, the overlooked, and the downright delicious places that people are sleeping on. I’m starting right here in Indiana, my home base, which honestly doesn’t get enough love when it comes to food. There are so many incredible restaurants, food trucks, and hole-in-the-wall spots scattered across this state that are full of flavor and soul, and I want the world to know what they’re missing. But I’m not stopping in Indiana. I travel a lot, and when I do, food is always a priority. Every city has its own flavor, literally and figuratively, and I make it my mission to explore the top-rated spots, as well as the lesser-known treasures. Florida and Tennessee, for example, are two states that show up a lot in my food journey. Florida’s mix of cultures brings a variety of dishes that never fail to impress, while Tennessee knows how to do comfort food and barbecue like no other. I’ve captured a lot of these meals through photos and videos, and now I’m ready to take it to the next level. I’ve already started building my audience on YouTube through my channel Tajsolo, where I currently have over 400 subscribers. My goal is to hit 1,000 subscribers soon, and once I do, I’ll officially launch my food and mukbang video series. I’ll be diving into different cuisines, giving honest reviews, and taking viewers on a food journey that’s as real as it gets. No filters, no gimmicks just me, good food, and vibes. It still amazes me how much I can eat and still not weigh over 300 pounds! (Trust me, if eating were a sport, I’d probably have a gold medal by now.) But seriously, this passion for food isn’t just about eating it’s about storytelling, culture, and connection. Food brings people together, and my goal is to use this blog and my YouTube platform to share that experience with others. So whether you’re a foodie like me, someone who’s always looking for new places to try, or just love watching people enjoy a good meal, stay tuned. Big things are coming and trust me, you’re going to want a seat at the table. #food #bigfoot #mukbang #viral
