My therapist told me this: the relationship is composed of two people. If this happens I also must take accountability for what happened. I didn’t chase or beg. But I sent him a message to say him I was sorry for all my mistakes as well, and that I let him go to a person that could make him happier than me. I still love him, it hurts.
