You’ll get a panoramic view of the Ottawa river and surrounding landmarks with a blanket of colour! Here’s how to find them: 1. Behind Parliament there’s a narrow path that leads to the back where you’ll see the Summer Pavillion, keep walking and you’ll reach these stairs. If you walk a bit further there’s also a lookout where you can enjoy the view longer 2. Walk down to the Ottawa Locks and continue along the Ottawa River pathway.
