So I started buying my controllers from Best Buy. They have an add on 2 year accident warranty. Covers defects, malfunctions and accidental damage. It’s like an extra $20-40 but that’s it! Controller stops working, you bring it in to customer service, they swap it out with a new one AND you can buy that same warranty on the new one. It’s like prepaying a discount for your replacement but it works and if you don’t have the money for the new warranty they give you 15 days to go back and add it!

I have the PS dual sense edge. Love it. I was having problems with it resetting itself but the latest firmware update seems to have fixed that.

I have hardly ever to almost never thrown a controller yet I have way more that have just stopped working (stick drift, buttons stop responding etc)

I have massive hands.. I don't break any. My wife breaks controllers with her tiny hands. Games stress her out that she bear grips them.😂
