Hispanic isn’t a race, but a term for Spanish speakers. A black person that comes from a family that speaks Spanish is Hispanic. Latino is a term for people that speak Romance languages in Latin America, so any ethnicity or race can be Latino. Latino = Latin = Romance languages. I’m Latino 🇭🇹
