@kat_mochiii: Ninohe Konseisama Festival 🍆 ⚠️Phallic images⚠️ I went to the Ninohe Konsei Festival in Iwate. I first visited the Kobunoki shrine where Konseisama was held. It is known for people to come here to pray for good fertility and safe childbirth. The shrine had a bunch of decor and rocks shaped as 🍆 which was so interesting to see!! There was also a parade where they had floats and Mikoshi (portable shrines) that were carried throughout.. too bad it was raining so I didn’t stay the whole duration of it! Lots of festival foods and cute little trinkets at the vendors and food stall area. This is def one of the more wackier festivals here in Japan but it was def a fun experience to go see!! #japan #fyp #japantravel #japaneseculture #japanlife
