It breaks my heart for this mother I believe she did what she felt was right for her children. No, she shouldn't be charged with anything. She is gonna have to live with the guilt of giving up her babies but she loves them enough to give them a better chance. Things couldn't have been worse why put her through anymore. A mother's love is unconditional. Prayers for this mother and these babies ♥️🙏
