I had insane neck pain. I couldn't get out of bed it was so bad. This pillow after the first night of use actually helped my pain by like 70%. I'm a stomach sleeper and it works nicely.

It’s a good pillow if you are receiving a massage. Other than that your neck will hurt after a while too hard
