Guys you can fall asleep with contacts in. Nothing is going to happen, your eyes just might feel a little irritated and dry when you wake up. Just dont make it a habit or there will be a risk of infection! 👍

Ya definitely not supposed to sleep with them on. I have definitely found my self doing it a lot in college and the worst case was they were suuuuuuper dry and sooooooo hard to remove. Thank goodness I didn’t get an infection
