I don’t think Russia would want to buy military hardware from USA for the obvious reason. It’s a trap and I think Russia will see through it. The hardware might have tracking devices which will obviously compromise their warehouse facilities and the movement of their troops who carry and use the equipment. It’s a very tricky situation.
