If the new acting minister was clever enough since he was never a government head of any entity previously except being a lecturer, he should have waited to familiarize himself with the goings on in the entity before blowing his own trumpet. His behavior would appear like he came in with a specific mission rather than the usual norm. Just my opinion 🤷. Thank God General Masemola is a sober CEO ,he doesn't panic .
