I cant walk for long or stand for more than a few minutes and I have one so that I can sit down and wait at bus stops or if theres a bit of walking to do. I've also used mine as a step stool to get something down they are great. I've had mine for nearly 2 years and have only just learnt that that strap is a carry strap...thank you lol
