I have one of the necklaces & I got filters for it. i gave up smoking no problem but I'm scared of getting rid of my vape. I help care for my mum who has alzheimers which can be stressful so it helps. can u give any advice?!

Just quit stop making excuses and quit I started smoking at 13 and quit cold turkey at 50 I never had any help and only missed the cigarettes in my hand I can’t do is why you can’t say you can and do it but no#1 most important you must want to quit
