@sugarspiceddreams: nutella stuffed chocolate chip cookies ! recipe: 1/2 cup butter, browned (113g) 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g) 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed (100g) 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract (5g) 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (190g) 1/2 tsp baking soda (3g) 1/4 tsp salt (1g) chocolate chips(measure with your heart idk, i used @Nestle Toll House ) 6 tbsp nutella(90g)(i used 3 for the cookies & the rest to drizzle.) instructions- brown the butter & let cool slightly. in a bowl whisk together the browned butter & sugars until glossy. add the egg & vanilla and mix until combined. add in the flour, baking soda, and salt and fold gently then add chocolate chips and fold until the dough comes together. scoop dough balls, flatten slightly, place a frozen nutella scoop in the center, and roll it back up. bake at 350°f (175°c) for 11–13 minutes until golden on the edges but soft in the middle.( i made 3 big cookies & 6 small ones. the bigger ones cooked for 15-17 minutes. ) #nutella #chocolatechipcookies #cookies #fyp #baking
