As someone that suffered for acne a long time and worked in dermatology as a nurse: I would use a salicylic wash twice a week, I like the grapefruit one from Walgreens, a benzoyl peroxide wash like panoxyl once a week and get on a retin a like tretinoin or dififferin once a day at night a very small pea size amount like your fingertip is needed on one finger in spread it out over your entire face . Dial is cool, but it doesn’t have any anti-acne ingredients. It does it is antibacterial, but you need anti-acne ingredients to see change. Otherwise, it will just dry your skin out, but it doesn’t prevent new breakouts. If you decide to use this routine, make sure you wear SPF 40 and above every day. everything else can stay the same especially specially Aquaphor. Threat to knowing and benzo peroxide can dry out your face so make sure you moisturize and wear sunscreen.
