It starts with a kiss between two suspects when deputies in El Paso County pulled over Jaren Adrian Dickerson, 26, and Jaclyn Nicole Chavez, 28 on September 18, 2025. Police say that's when Dickerson gave a false name and bolted. Police dashcam shows Chavez jumping behind the wheel and fleeing. The pair’s escape was short-lived. Deputies found the vehicle and arrested Chavez; an hour later they cornered Dickerson in a deserted area, tased him. After being tased, Dickerson told officers, “That didn’t even hurt”, while taking him into custody. Dickerson turned out to have an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon from 2021; both were booked—Dickerson is facing charges including evading arrest, failure to identify, and assault, and Chavez for evading arrest. #caughtoncamera #truecrime
