He does have a good point tho. The charges Diddy was found guilty of is on the lesser spectrum of horrible & heinous crimes we’ve seen people get bond for & to keep it a buck the government has been trying to railroad Diddy since the very day they picked him up on his federal charges. The government has been treating him a bit unfairly. He doesn’t have any violent convictions or any convictions with any firearm or weapons of any kind. It’s a fact the judge already knows what his sentence is. I never understand why why the lawyer and prosecutor goes back and forth on sentencing day because the judge already has his mind made up. I learned this with my case. My lawyer fought to get me probation but the judge gave me 2 years. In fact the judge and others already knew what the outcome was gonna be except for me
