i would emphasize making sure to get enough fiber. if ur eating whole foods, then it shouldn't be a problem. but some thing "protein only". u gotta eat fiber for regular bowel movements.

Could you show us what you’d eat in a day? I weight 195 also and have no idea what 195 grams of protein looks like.

Question… I have followed your regimen the last 6 months and have absolutely transformed myself (THANK YOU). My current struggle is finding a split that really takes things to the next level. My intensity level is as you described for each lift but my current split is Push, Pull, Legs/Shoulders. I feel like my frequency for each muscle group is lacking. I have done full body splits 3 times a week and felt that the frequency of muscle groups was even worse. Might not be possible without adding additional days in the gym but was curious if you have any suggestions. Thanks brother !

Did your 3 day split/diet for 6 months, without a ton of results, plateaued whole time. Switched to tracking everything, and I’ve started losing again after an initial 25 lbs lost last year. Seems difficult and complicated is all that works for me. 😂 Oh, and I injured myself with repetitive stress, specifically tennis elbow, so been out of commission while that heals. Still getting steps and lower body. But, I’m still out here plugging away. 😂

𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀:@smasherik 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁. Football ⚽🔥 is one of the most popular sports in the world, played and watched by millions of people across different countries and cultures 🌍. The main objective of the game is simple: two teams compete to score goals by getting the ball into the opponent’s net. However, behind this simple idea lies a complex system of tactics, teamwork, and individual skill that makes football both exciting and unpredictable. Every match tells a different story, full of tension, emotion, and unexpected moments that keep fans engaged from start to finish. Each team has 11 players on the field, including a goalkeeper 🧤, defenders, midfielders, and forwards. Every position has a specific role and responsibility. Defenders focus on protecting their goal and stopping the opponent’s attacks, midfielders control the tempo of the game and connect defense with offense, while forwards are mainly responsible for scoring goals ⚽. The goalkeeper is the only player allowed to use hands, and their role is critical in preventing goals and organizing the defense. Team coordination and communication are essential for success. A standard football match lasts 90 minutes ⏱️, divided into two halves of 45 minutes each. If the score is tied in important matches, extra time or penalty shootouts may be used to determine the winner. The rules of football are simple but strictly enforced. Players cannot use their hands (except the goalkeeper), and fouls can result in free kicks, penalties, yellow cards 🟨, or red cards 🟥. A red card means the player is sent off, leaving the team with fewer players, which can significantly affect the outcome of the game. Football requires not only physical strength but also intelligence and quick decision-making 🧠. Players must read the game, anticipate movements, and react instantly under pressure. Skills like passing, dribbling, shooting, and positioning are essential. A well-timed pass or a perfectly executed shot can change the entire match. Coaches also play a big role by creating strategies, formations, and tactics that maximize the team’s strengths and exploit the opponent’s weaknesses. One of the most exciting aspects of football is its unpredictability. Underdog teams can defeat stronger opponents, and last-minute goals can completely change the result 💥. This unpredictability creates emotional moments that fans never forget. Stadiums filled with passionate supporters create an electric atmosphere 🎉, where chants, songs, and celebrations turn matches into unforgettable experiences. Football also has a deep cultural impact. Major tournaments like the World Cup unite nations and bring people together with shared excitement and pride ❤️. Legendary players become global icons, inspiring young athletes to dream big and work hard. Football is not just entertainment; it is a powerful force that connects communities and creates lasting memories. Beyond professional football, the game is played everywhere—from large stadiums to small streets, parks, and school fields 🏫⚽. It does not require expensive equipment, making it accessible to almost everyone. This simplicity is one of the reasons why football is loved worldwide. People of all ages and backgrounds can play and enjoy it, forming friendships and learning teamwork through the game. In the end, football is more than just a sport. It is a universal language that connects people, a test of skill, strategy, and teamwork, and a source of passion and excitement. Whether played at the highest professional level or casually with friends, football continues to inspire millions and remains the most beloved sport in the world. ⚽🔥 #Football #footballedit #ronaldo #messi #edit
