Ingredients FOR THE DOUGH 650 g flour 430 ml milk 70 g sugar 11 g salt 108 g sourdough starter 2 egg yolks 80 g butter 2 tablespoons vanilla paste 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 grated lemon peel (optional) FOR THE FILLING  170 g blueberry jam 150 g butter 80 g sugar FOR THE BLUEBERRY JAM  200 g blueberry jam 65 g sugar Juice of half a lemon 1 slice of lemon peel (you can remove it at the end, but it helps make the consistency thicker) FOR THE ICING Six ounces of Philadelphia cream Juice of half a lemon 1/3 cup butter 1 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons blueberry jam Steps  1. Mix all the ingredients except the butter and let it rest for 20 minutes. 2. Continue kneading the dough (by hand or machine). Once it looks smooth, start adding the butter little by little. 3. Once the butter is well incorporated, place the dough in a container and cover it to prevent it from drying out. 4. Let the dough ferment at room temperature until it rises 50-60% of its initial size (approximately 6 hours). 5. Once the dough is ready and well fermented, start preparing the jam. 6. In a pot, bring all the jam ingredients to a boil and mash the blueberries with a fork until you have a thicker consistency. Let it cool. 7. In a separate bowl, mix the jam you made with the butter and sugar. 8. Roll out the dough very well and place your mixture on top so you can roll it up. 9. Cut the rolls to the size you want and place them in a mold.  10. Let the rolls rise for three to four hours. 11. Once they're ready, place them in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 320°F. 12.
